Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in Colombo, then proceed to Negombo. You have the rest of the day free, and you will spend the night in Negombo.

When you get to Bandaranaike International Airport, meet your private guide. Take a trip to Negombo, a lively seaside town known for its golden beaches and fishing history. Take it easy and rest after your trip in the evening. Stay the night in a nice hotel on the beach in Negombo.

Day 02: In the morning, a tour of Colombo's Galle Face Green, marketplaces, and historical sights. In the afternoon, a transfer to Bentota. Time at the beach and sunset; stay the night in Bentota.

Start your day in Colombo by getting to know the city. Visit Galle Face Green, local markets, and historic landmarks. In the afternoon, take a lovely drive along the coast to Bentota. Spend the afternoon on the beach and see a stunning sunset. Stay the night at a family-friendly resort in Bentota

Day 03: Spend the day at the beach in Bentota, do optional water activities, see the Turtle Conservation Project, relax in the evening, and spend the night in Bentota.

Enjoy the tranquil waves and beautiful dunes of Bentota all day. Water sports like snorkeling or kayaking are optional activities. Go to a Turtle Conservation Project to find out how to conserve sea turtles. Evening free time to relax at the resort. Stay in Bentota for the night.

Day 04: Drive to Galle, see Galle Fort and the Dutch colonial districts, relax on the beach in the afternoon, and spend the night in Galle.

Visit Galle and see the ancient Galle Fort, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk around cobblestone alleys, see colonial buildings, and browse in artisan stores. Spend the day lounging on the beach or watching the sunset from the ramparts. Stay the night in a lovely boutique hotel in Galle.

Day 05: Drive to Kandy via the beautiful hill region, stopping at a spice farm along the way to learn about Sri Lanka's fragrant crops. In the evening, there will be a traditional entertainment in Kandy, and you will spend the night there.

Enjoy a traditional cultural presentation with Kandyan dance and drumming in the evening. A decent hotel in Kandy for the night.

Day 06: In the morning, visit the Temple of the Tooth or the Botanical Gardens. In the afternoon, go to the Cultural Triangle and spend the night at Sigiriya.

Go to the famous Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy and go around the Royal Botanical Gardens. In the afternoon, go to the Cultural Triangle area close to Sigiriya. Check in to your resort and then spend the rest of the night doing what you like.

Day 07: In the morning, climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress. In the afternoon, have a walk around Pidurangala Rock or the hamlet. You may also go on a half-day safari in Minneriya National Park if you like. You will spend the night near Sigiriya.

Day 08: Go to Negombo via Dambulla, stop at the Dambulla Cave Temple, relax in Negombo, and then leave.

On the way back to Negombo, stop at the Dambulla Cave Temple to witness Buddhist statues and murals that are hundreds of years old. Before you leave, spend some time in Negombo relaxing before your flight to Bandaranaike International Airport.
